Kimble County dispatch received approximately 489 telephone calls and 545 audio transmissions during the week of March 3 through March 9.
3/3-1. DPS Trooper Garner responded to IH-10 471 mile marker for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
2. DPS Trooper Gardner responded to IH-10 mile post 432 for a welfare check.
3/4-1. DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to IH-10 mile post 462 for a welfare check.
2. Junction VFD and Officer Ward responded to Nogales Circle for a report of a structure fire; upon Officer Wards arrival, it was determined to be a controlled burn.
3. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 mile post 473 for a disabled motorist.
4. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 mile post 470 for debris in the roadway.
5. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 for a report of a reckless driver.
3/5-1. Deputy Noah responded to responded to IH-10 mile post 469 for a motorist assist.
3/6-1. Deputy K. Brown responded to IH-10 for a report of a reckless driver.
3/7-1. Deputy K. Brown responded to US 377 for a report of drivers illegally passing a school bus enroute.
2. Deputy K. Brown and Junction VFD responded to the 4500 block of KC 420 for a report of a structure fire.
3/8-1. Deputy K. Brown and DPS Trooper Lundy responded to IH-10 mile post 447 for a report of a motor vehicle accident; all parties refused transport.
2. Deputy Payne responded to the 300 block of River Road for a disturbance.
3. Deputy Payne and Junction VFD responded to IH-10 mile post 464 for a report of a vehicle fire with no reported injuries.
4. Deputy Payne and DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to IH-10 for a report of a possible intoxicated motorist.
3/9-1. DPS Trooper Lundy responded to IH-10 for a report of a reckless driver.
2. Deputy S. Brown responded to responded to IH-10 mile post 463 for a subject with a complaint of loss of feeling in legs and face.
3. Deputy S. Brown and DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to US 83 South for a motor vehicle accident.

Kimble County Sheriff’s Office and Jail Administrator Jack Noah processed four persons through the jail on the following charges:
3/4-1. Deputy Leistikow arrested Justin Cross, 27, of Junction for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
3/5-1. Officer Pena Jr. arrested Jeremiah Hardwell, 24, of Aurora, Colorado, for theft.
3/6-1. Deputy Morrow arrested Israel Garza, 44, of Junction for violation of protective order.
3/9-1. DPS Trooper Lundy arrested Rocio Gutierrez, 44, of Houston for driving while intoxicated.
