Kimble County dispatch received approximately 474 telephone calls and 555 audio transmissions during the week of March 24 through March 30.
3/24-1. Sheriff Cantu, Deputy Noah and DPS Trooper Morris responded to IH-10 for a motor vehicle pursuit initiated by DPS Trooper Morris.
2. Deputy T. Brown and DPS Trooper Morris responded to IH-10 468 mile marker for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
3. Deputy T. Brown and Junction VFD responded to IH-10 475 mile marker for a motor vehicle fire with no injuries.
3/25-1. Deputy Morrow responded to IH-10 for a reported reckless driver.
2. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 472 mile marker for report of debris in the roadway.
3. DPS Trooper Morris responded to IH-10 in attempt to locate a silver alert subject.
4. DPS Trooper Gardner responded to IH-10 449 mile marker for report of a stranded motorist.
5. Deputy Noah responded to US 83 N. in an attempt to locate a hit-and-run suspect coming from Menard County.
3/26-1. Deputy Morrow and DPS Trooper Gardner responded to Ranch Road 2169 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
2. Deputy Morrow responded to IH-10 in an attempt to locate a vehicle whose occupants were reported to be throwing trash at other vehicles.
3/27-1. Deputy K. Brown and DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to IH-10 in an attempt to locate a tractor truck that was reported as having leaking fuel tanks; the call was unfounded.
2. Sheriff Cantu, Deputy K. Brown and Deputy Stewart responded to US 377 N. for report of a possible drunk driver; driver was located parked on the side of road with self-inflicted wounds.
3/28-1. Deputy K. Brown responded to the 300 block of Segovia Access Rd. for a report of a subject having a seizure.
3/29-1. Deputy K. Brown responded to US 377 S. for a report of a tractor truck stalled in the roadway near Telegraph.
2. DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to IH-10 450 mile marker for a tractor truck that hit debris with no injuries.
3. Deputy Stewart and DPS Trooper Gardner responded to US 83 N. near the county line for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
3/30-1. DPS Trooper Gardner responded to IH-10 451 mile marker for a subject who was reported to be walking down the shoulder. Upon arrival, DPS Trooper Gardner requested EMS for the subject for an unknown medical complication.

Kimble County Sheriff’s Office and Jail Administrator Jack Noah processed 11 persons through the jail on the following charges:
3/24-1. DPS Trooper Morris arrested Thomas Bennett, 47, of Hemphill for evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
2. Deputy Morrow arrested Gerardo Hernandez, 44, of San Antonio for a Kendall County warrant for possession of marijuana.
3/25-1. Deputy Millican arrested Jenifer Rainwater, 46, of Junction for violation of probation.
3/26-1. Deputy Morrow arrested Isaac Rodriguez, 22, of Corpus Christi for possession of controlled substance.
3/28-1. Deputy Stewart arrested Jaime Gonzalez, 19, of Laredo for possession of controlled substance.
2. DPS Trooper Lundy arrested Francisco Ramon, 35, of Weslaco for a Hidalgo County warrant for driving while intoxicated 2nd.
3/29-1. Officer Buscha arrested James Tinney, 32, of Junction for public intoxication.
3/30-1. DPS Trooper Dutchover arrested Johnny Gutierrez, 18, of San Antonio for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
2. DPS Trooper Dutchover arrested Spencer Raines, 19, of San Antonio for possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance.
3. DPS Trooper Dutchover arrested Jackson Dirk, 18, of San Antonio for possession of a controlled substance.
