Kimble County dispatch received approximately 604 telephone calls and 639 audio transmissions during the week of February 17 through February 23.
2/17-1. Deputy T. Brown responded to IH-10 442 mile marker for a report of a possible motor vehicle accident; subjects were fine upon his arrival.
2. DPS Trooper Morris responded to IH-10 446 mile marker for a motor vehicle accident with no reported injuries.
3. Deputy S. Brown responded to Ranch Road 479 for a report of loose livestock on the roadway.
4. Deputy S. Brown responded to the 100 block of Crazy Acres Trail for a report of a suspicious van.
5. Deputy S. Brown responded to the 1600 block of Saline Road for a juvenile acting aggressive.
2/18-1. Deputy S. Brown and Harper EMS responded to the 7700 block of US 290 for a motor vehicle accident, deer versus vehicle with injuries. Harper EMS transported a subject to Hill Country Memorial.
2. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 466 mile marker for a car versus deer accident with no injuries; tow truck was dispatched.
3. Deputy S. Brown responded to IH-10 467 mile marker for a car versus deer accident with no injuries; tow truck was dispatched.
4. Chief Deputy Leistikow responded to the 400 block of Old Segovia Road for a welfare check.
2/19-1. Deputy S. Brown and Deputy T. Brown responded to IH-10 473 mile maker for a tractor truck accident with no injuries.
2/20-1. Multiple units from Kimble County Sheriff’s office, Junction Police Department and Texas Highway Patrol responded to IH-10 for a pursuit initiated by DPS Trooper Meadow.
2/21-1. No calls
2/22-1. Deputy K. Brown responded to IH-10 in an attempt to locate a reckless driver.
2. DPS Trooper Dutchover responded to US 377 South for a motor vehicle versus livestock accident with no injuries.
2/23-1. Deputy S. Brown responded to Ranch Road 1674 for a report of debris in roadway.
2. London VFD responded to KC 370 for a report of a tree stump on fire.
3. Deputy S. Brown, Chief Supak and Officer Pena Jr. responded to the 300 block of US Highway 377 North for a report of an unresponsive subject; no transport made.
Kimble County Sheriff’s Office and Jail Administrator Jack Noah processed two persons through the jail on the following charges:
2/19-1. Deputy S Brown arrested Tommy Sanchez, 23, of San Antonio for possession of a controlled substance.
2. Deputy S. Brown arrested Marissa Guerra, 21, of San Antonio for possession of a controlled substance.
